Cancellations

• Same-Day Cancellations
A 100% cancellation fee will apply to any appointments cancelled on the day of the scheduled service.

• Day-Before Cancellations
A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any appointments cancelled on the day before the scheduled service.

Rescheduling

• Two Days or More Notice
Rescheduling appointments with at least two days' notice is permitted without any fees.

• Less Than Two Days' Notice:
A 20% rescheduling fee will apply to appointments rescheduled within two days of the scheduled service.

Refunds

• Same-Day Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for appointments cancelled on the day of the scheduled service.

• Day-Before Cancellations
A 50% refund will be issued for appointments cancelled on the day before the scheduled service.
